Ludger Savard - obituary: SAVARD, Ludger. Passed away peacefully at the West Island Palliative Care Residence, Kirkland, on October 13, 2006 at the age of eighty-six. Beloved husband of Claudette Allard. Loving father of Luc (Ginette), Ghislaine (Ghislain), Lynda (Yves), step-father to Linda (Nils), Carol and Shirley (Sean). He will also be sadly missed by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The family welcomes you to the visitation on Saturday October 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux (514-685-3344). The service will follow in the chapel at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the West Island Palliative Care Residence would be appreciated.
